• • The tourist tax of 1,75 Euro is in addition per person and day (from 14 years of age).
  • Bedclothes, towels and dishtowels, fully equipped kitchen, TV, WiFi, final cleaning of the apartment, use of the garage and of the mobile grill as also electricity and heating are included in the price.
  • A washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron are at your disposal on request.
  • We provide an equipment for infants with a child’s bed, highchair and buggy.
  • You are welcome to enjoy fresh vegetables and fragrant herbs from the herbal bed.
  • In the summer we organize weekly a trip to our own “Alm”.
  • Animals are very welcome on request. If you would like to arrive with your dog, we will Charge max. 10 Euros per day. Food for the dog will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We accept the payment in cash. Unfortunately we don’t take credit cards.
  • Your apartment is ready for occupancy already at 3 pm on you day of arrival (eventually also earlier on request).
  • We ask you to check out the apartment at 9 am in a clean condition on your day of departure.
